  • CT Alignment, Balancing, Vibration Testing
  • CT Sweep testing when tower has a VFD drive. Set each point up for peak hold and sweep VFD 1 Hz every 10 seconds from 30 Hz to 60 Hz. This should uncover any unstable rotating rpms that will cause catastrophic failure in tower operation.
  • Laser alignment to provide true alignment between drive motor and driven gearbox. This will reduce vibration and wear in couplings.
  • Balancing of the drive shaft and fan wheel will also reduce and unwanted vibration and stress on CT drive and mounting structure.
